The Tamiya SdKfz 251 kit represents an earlier C version. It would have left the factory with dark grey interior paint (some sources say eariler A and B versions had the drivers' area with off white paint). Finallyi, the SdKfz 251 was not called a "Hanomag". This is an invention of Tamiya. Hanomag was one of seven builders of the 251 SPW -- Schutzenpanzerwagen or armored personel carrier. It'd be the equivalent of saying an M4A4 Medium tank was the M4 "Chrysler" tank. Troops called it the "ess-pay-vay", not the 251 or "Hanomag"
